A peppy talk about big companies

Big companies like Dell, IBM, Infosys, TCS, Zoho, Amazon, etc run their companies and has multiple branches only in big cities, especially capital cities(Chennai, Hyderabad , Bangalore to state a few in South India) and students who have completed their studies in other cities are forced(more than 50% may agree) to go to these cities. The reasoning power of the company is not very clear. Traffic Jams in these cities are very high compared to other cities. So that is why I am saying, they must open a branch in other cities too. The companies should depend on the employees as they are doing them a favor by working for them and the employees are dependent on the companies only for the salary. If the company opens its branches in the employees cities, they will work more enthusiastically is my humble opinion. Traffic jams will be reduced constantly and therefore, no more accidents in big cities.

Already the employee is having work related stress why kill their self-esteem because of traffic jams and separating them from their family even though their relatives are living in this city. The city life may amuse them, and make them addicted to the city but considering overall performance such as their health, budget and family life is strained. Who do we blame? Of course, the companies. Opening a branch in other cities is not a loss to them but definitely a boon. It will bring them more profit.

The respective companies must think about this issue more and give due respect to employees wishes and hopes. Many companies give door to door pick up and drop up facility, I want to ask why? It is because of the traffic jams. The employees may not be in a position to arrive on time. Am I wrong? This is why I stress, if the big companies open a branch in other cities including villages (corporate social responsibility), they will earn huge profits without a doubt. I am very confident about this.

Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kerala, Kolkata, New Delhi, Mumbai, etc lifestyle is very much drawing the attention of the neighbor cities but what about the unwanted stress and other health issues. The average age of human death is at present, can anyone tell me?

If we go back to 10000 years ago, did our ancestors have any of these health related problems-HIV/AIDS, cancer, leprosy, Diabetes, heart attacks, panic attacks, anxiety, stress, depression, tension type headache, physical and mental disabilities, etc. The answer is no. Then why do people in our city have them?

Blame it on the companies, pollution and the traffic jams alone. I am very sure of it. Most people in our city own a car, how many of our relatives own cars? The answer is plenty of them. Am I wrong?

Instead of showing off, “I have a car, I have a car”, they can utilize public transports to help the traffic policemen. How many hit and run cases are booked in FIR’S in police station? What is the root cause? Traffic jams.I will leave it to your own judgments. Decide what is right and what is wrong. What is justice and what is injustice.
